Account Manager

We partner with HR, Compliance, and Provider Operations teams to monitor healthcare populations to identify license, credential, compliance, and payment eligibility issues before they impact patients. We monitor employees, vendors, provider networks, licenses, credentials and more for OIG and state Medicaid exclusions, sanctions or disciplinary actions, license expirations or suspensions and more, continuously verifying everything at the primary source.
Our solutions combine an intuitive user experience with advanced data matching algorithms and seamless integrations to continuously identify and verify compliance issues in the optimal workflow, such as an HRIS or claims processing system.
We are seeking an Account Manager looking to continue to grow in their Account Management career by being responsible for supporting the post sales relationships with ProviderTrust’s Mid-Market clients. A strong Account Manager will have experience in the healthcare industry and a proven ability to excel in balancing customer needs with company business objectives. This role requires a mindset that is customer focused, process driven and compelled to delight clients by helping them realize the maximum value from their ProviderTrust products.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in account/client relationship management
- Healthcare experience required; Health Plan and/or Provider background preferred
- Experience managing SaaS accounts a plus
- College degree or equivalent experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead in successful retention and growth within assigned client base
- Lead in management of assigned client contracts as well as additional changes/amendments needed to keep contracts current
- Identify opportunities for clients to leverage more comprehensive product services to reach their maximum value from ProviderTrust systems
- Prioritize and advocate for customer needs elevating issues that will have the most impact on customer satisfaction retention and growth
- Capture and translate client feedback helping to drive ProviderTrust products and services to innovation that meets market demands
- Partner closely with ProviderTrust Business Development in support of identifying and advancing growth opportunities
- Analyze client monitoring data and develop recommendations based upon insights and trends
- Plan and prioritize work to meet objectives aligned with overall organizational goals
- Be highly adaptable in approach and demeanor to match the shifting demands of different situations through issue resolutions
