We partner with HR, Compliance, and Provider Operations teams to monitor healthcare populations to identify license, credential, compliance, and payment eligibility issues before they impact patients. We monitor employees, vendors, provider networks, licenses, credentials and more for OIG and state Medicaid exclusions, sanctions or disciplinary actions, license expirations or suspensions and more, continuously verifying everything at the primary source.

Our solutions combine an intuitive user experience with advanced data matching algorithms and seamless integrations to continuously identify and verify compliance issues in the optimal workflow, such as an HRIS or claims processing system.

The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning and creating content in support of the greater Marketing team’s objectives. While an integral member of the Content team, the Content Specialist will also serve as a key member of a cross-functional market segment team to contribute to messaging, product marketing, and sales support strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating, managing, and executing a content plan, telling compelling stories within healthcare, and engaging broad audiences. 

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, critical thinker, and content marketer who loves to organize various inputs to create a compelling story and choose the best medium to bring it to life. You are enthusiastic about breaking down difficult topics for broad audiences, excited by producing various types of written content (both short-form and long-form), and would excel at leveraging your project management and thought leadership skills across the organization’s largest growth opportunities. You’re looking to be part of a dynamic marketing team and a passionate segment team.



  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing (healthcare preferred, but not required) or comparable experience (i.e. journalism, PR, ghostwriting, editing, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience building, managing, and/or executing a content plan
  • Ability to manage several content marketing programs or projects running at the same time
  • Strong passion for written communication that includes copywriting, proofing, editing, and publishing
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills 
  • Strong knowledge of content production process, considerations, and best practices
  • Experience interfacing with prospects, customers, partners, and outside resources for content collaboration
  • Experience working with product, sales, and/or client success counterparts on a cross-functional team is a plus
  • Working understanding of inbound marketing principles, marketing automation strategy, lead nurturing, content distribution, and/or digital marketing
  • A willingness to fail fast, pivot, and try something new!
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Content Planning: This role will be responsible for working with the Content Director to create and execute a quarterly content roadmap in support of our B2B market segment objectives and strategic content plan. From ideation to execution, this role has the opportunity to influence and bring a content roadmap to life and drive execution in support of our marketing strategy. 
  • Content Writing: As a strong writer, you will support our organization in written content creation, including website copy, customer case studies, ebooks, paid media articles, whitepapers, and more. The ideal candidate practices professional-level writing, works well with deadlines, is a critical thinker, and sees every new topic as an exciting new challenge. 
  • Production Management: Within the marketing team, you will work with the Content Director to continuously align production resources and timelines alongside our Brand & Design team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and scalable content production process that meets both our team and company goals.  
  • Relationship Building: The role is naturally collaborative with internal departments to ensure that content marketing strategies support the goals of the marketing team, our B2B market segments, and the company. The ideal candidate is also comfortable working with external sources and resources to help strengthen our position as thought leaders in the marketplace.
