We partner with HR, Compliance, and Provider Operations teams to monitor healthcare populations to identify license, credential, compliance, and payment eligibility issues before they impact patients. We monitor employees, vendors, provider networks, licenses, credentials and more for OIG and state Medicaid exclusions, sanctions or disciplinary actions, license expirations or suspensions and more, continuously verifying everything at the primary source.

Our solutions combine an intuitive user experience with advanced data matching algorithms and seamless integrations to continuously identify and verify compliance issues in the optimal workflow, such as an HRIS or claims processing system.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Manager to contribute to ProviderTrust’s growth and support the Company’s Legal Function. As Contract Manager, you have excellent business judgment, strategic outlook, and critical thinking. You can work independently as well as cross-functionally, and demonstrate flexibility in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. You know how to prioritize and drive multiple projects to conclusion independently and in a timely manner. You possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills and excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.

The Contract Manager will work closely with members of ProviderTrust’s Sales, Client, Product, Compliance, and Finance teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years’ experience in SaaS, cloud computing, and/or enterprise software sales contracts
Familiarity with reviewing and managing contracts, addendums, statements of work, and other sales-related legal documents
Excellent project management and record-keeping skills
Interest and experience in contract negotiations a plus
Ability to take initiative, work independently, as well as within a team to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in our dynamic, evolving legal and technology environment
Substantive transaction experience with complex contracts
Experience working in a fast-paced technology company is required
Strong business acumen
Team player, willing to pitch in where needed, learn and adapt to change

Duties and Responsibilities

Create and manage the overall life cycle of each contract
Review and draft SaaS agreements, master service agreements, and related statements of work (in conjunction with in-house counsel)
Maintain master documentation and organization of all master documents while effectively tracking variations of unique agreements
Manage nondisclosure and non-compete agreements, business associate agreements, and others as needed
Review and recommend amendments to legal documents
Coordinate with clients to obtain signatures and distribute final contracts
Establish best practice in the contracting process and curate hygiene across all documents
Collaborate with key stakeholders on the content of the agreement, track deadlines, and communicate concerns to ensure timely review
Work to establish business processes that integrate executed agreements in other functional applications (eg – Salesforce)
Provide continuous improvement of cross-team education and guardrails, playbooks, contract templates, and legal processes
