Data Services Manager

We partner with HR, Compliance, and Provider Operations teams to monitor healthcare populations to identify license, credential, compliance, and payment eligibility issues before they impact patients. We monitor employees, vendors, provider networks, licenses, credentials and more for OIG and state Medicaid exclusions, sanctions or disciplinary actions, license expirations or suspensions and more, continuously verifying everything at the primary source.

Our solutions combine an intuitive user experience with advanced data matching algorithms and seamless integrations to continuously identify and verify compliance issues in the optimal workflow, such as an HRIS or claims processing system.

We are seeking an experienced Data Services Manager responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of company data needs by leading data team members and coordinating with key stakeholders across the organization. You will guide and manage project priority, scope, timelines and execution. You are a player-coach who thrives in a people-first, client-first environment, quick to serve the team and enjoys building processes and enabling best practice.

Requirements

Suggested Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in data management
  • Experience designing and implementing a data warehouse or BI environment
  • Experience operating a business intelligence or data analytics function
  • Experience managing complex company and team needs and priorities
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure organizational adoption of data-driven decision making through analytics, reporting, and data pipelines
  • Interface with key stakeholders to define requirements for data deliverables and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Coach and mentor data team through feedback, coaching, and hands-on technical guidance
  • Guide and manage project priorities, scope, deliverables, timelines, and execution
  • Lead initiative to mature and grow analytics environment with Data and Technology teams
  • Provide regular updates to and receive strategic direction from Director of Data & Technology
  • Act as data representative to the organization through transparent and clear communication
  • Assist in exposing data analytics to the organization through self-service tools and processes
  • Help identify new technologies and techniques to grow and mature analytics activities
  • Stay current with new data analytics methods, technologies, and industry trends
  • Safeguard security and confidentiality standards
