Growth Operations Analyst

We partner with HR, Compliance, and Provider Operations teams to monitor healthcare populations to identify license, credential, compliance, and payment eligibility issues before they impact patients. We monitor employees, vendors, provider networks, licenses, credentials and more for OIG and state Medicaid exclusions, sanctions or disciplinary actions, license expirations or suspensions and more, continuously verifying everything at the primary source.

Our solutions combine an intuitive user experience with advanced data matching algorithms and seamless integrations to continuously identify and verify compliance issues in the optimal workflow, such as an HRIS or claims processing system.

We are seeking a Growth Operations Analyst to own the data analysis and subsequent business recommendations/pivots for our VendorProof product across multiple data sources and departments.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills along with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Ability to partner well cross-functionally and build strong relationships
  • High proficiency in Excel and/or Google sheets to combine data, creating pivots, and producing charts.
  • Experience with paid media platforms including Facebook, Google, Bing and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Duties and Responsibilities

Data ownership and governance:

  • Ownership of cross-platform metrics as it relates to VendorProof marketing lifecycle
  • Work closely with the VendorProof leadership team to implement standard metrics and measurement processes that result in KPIs to measure success
  • Research and evaluate tools that allow creation of reports and dashboards that combine data across all marketing channels including, digital, social, and email marketing to better understand how activities are connected and performing
  • Detect root causes of changes in metrics and effectively communicate these insights to stakeholders and marketing leadership
  • Building and maintaining spreadsheets and data tools

Data analysis:

  • Gather and analyze data across all marketing channels and work with team members and cross-functional stakeholders on recommendations for optimizing activity in order to increase the impact of marketing and product development
  • Analyze and interpret trends by channels, content types, and personas and share actionable insights with VendorProof leadership and channel owners to maximize campaign performance
  • Synthesize data to make it easily digestible and create a narrative that explains the “story” behind the numbers along with actionable recommendations
  • Create recurring and ad hoc data analyses using various data sources
  • Report on KPIs including leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Prepare and present data visualizations and reports

Cross-functional Components

  • Work closely with the Product team on 3rd party product integrations
  • Gather and provide feedback to Product team
  • Assisting in the development and management of paid media campaigns for both B2C and B2B marketing
