Technical Product Owner

We partner with HR, Compliance, and Provider Operations teams to monitor healthcare populations to identify license, credential, compliance, and payment eligibility issues before they impact patients. We monitor employees, vendors, provider networks, licenses, credentials and more for OIG and state Medicaid exclusions, sanctions or disciplinary actions, license expirations or suspensions and more, continuously verifying everything at the primary source.

Our solutions combine an intuitive user experience with advanced data matching algorithms and seamless integrations to continuously identify and verify compliance issues in the optimal workflow, such as an HRIS or claims processing system.

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner for Salesforce. This role will work directly within our Vendor segment and will be accountable for ensuring Salesforce and related/integrated applications/systems are optimized for multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate for this role has direct experience working with and within Salesforce to drive multi-channel automated marketing campaigns. This person can see the big picture but is also able to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work.

  • 3+ years of directly related experience
  • Deep understanding of SFDC and other Salesforce tools
  • Experience using SFDC to deliver automated marketing campaigns
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to connect technical requirements to business value
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to innovate and rapidly iterate
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a high focus on problem-solving
  • Familiarity with database design and SQL

Strongly Preferred

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
  • SFDC Certified (Dev, Solutions, and/or Admin) or equivalent experience in SFMC
Duties and Responsibilities
  • SME for the business processes and technology stack related to SFDC and integrated applications/systems
  • Analyze the structure and flow of data within SFDC and related technology stack and related business processes to identify opportunities for improvement (i.e. automation, optimization, etc.)
  • Gather inputs and feedback from stakeholders, translating into requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize backlog of tickets/stories within Jira for SFDC and related technologies
  • Work closely with product and technology teams to drive the delivery of SFDC impacting work in support of product/segment goals and initiatives
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure data is accurate and timely to enable automated communication campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other related downstream applications
  • QA the work of the technology team, ensuring the quality of delivered solutions
  • Proactively identify, track, and escalate any issues or bugs to ensure accuracy of data in SFDC
  • Communicate updates/relevant information to stakeholders, including releases and project milestones
  • Write and distribute documentation related to SFDC and integrated applications/systems
  • Ability to measure and drive business outcomes and KPIs
