We partner with HR, Compliance, and Provider Operations teams to continuously monitor healthcare populations to identify license, credential, compliance, and payment eligibility issues before they impact patients. Our solutions monitor employees, vendors, provider networks, licenses, credentials, and more for OIG and state Medicaid exclusions, sanctions or disciplinary actions, license expirations or suspensions.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (Tech PM) responsible for documenting and deploying organizational strategies to help development-related client projects run smoothly, on time and in line with contracted client expectations. Working closely with the client implementation and client success teams, the Tech PM will partner with client stakeholders and the ProviderTrust technology, product, data and solution teams. The work will involve client-facing interactions, helping prioritize team tasks, ensuring clients stay on track with their tasks, and enabling the team to be effective in solution engineering and delivery while documenting and keeping track of work. Furthermore, the Tech PM works as a support on technical governance for incoming client requirements with an emphasis on API integrations, SSO deployments, data mapping and variables management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical / Program Management
  • Understanding of technical contracts, deliverables and dependencies
  • Familiarity with project management principles
  • Familiarity with agile development principles
  • Familiarity with traditional healthcare applications (EMR, HRIS, ERP, Claims / Cost Management, etc)
  • Professional Project Management Certification or Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with growth-minded companies a plus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Able to drop into situations and create order / navigate towards solutions
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with software development including experience with programming / database languages APIs, SSO deployments, and other integrations

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze, plan and organize execution strategies for technical client projects and implementations
  • Work closely with Product Leadership and Professional Services team to support planning, execution, and delivery of client onboarding and enablement
  • Work with product management and other project stakeholders to elicit business requirements
  • Responsible for the technical governance and management of the technical tasks for the project, writing out technical requirements, breaking down tickets to assign to the appropriate teams, and assessing task size
  • Responsible for helping identify and communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to broader team
  • Help navigate multiple streams of incoming client requirements, compartmentalize them, and partner with the Product team to find / plan solutions
  • Collaborate with implementation team and clients to provide transparency into engineering progress
  • Triage external requests onto the various teams and track them to closure as per priority
  • Create transparency to all levels of the Organization on backlog delivery status and risks by creating and socializing intuitive and simple artifacts
  • Build strong business relationships across functional teams involved in releasing or supporting the solution and ensure a smooth transition of new products and features into production
