Database Engineer / Database Administrator Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented database engineer to join our growing healthcare SaaS organization in Nashville, TN. As a member of the software engineering team, the successful candidate will work on emerging technologies to enhance ProviderTrust’s existing products and to develop innovative products and solutions.

Executive Assistant Operations

ProviderTrust is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support three executives at ProviderTrust. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and exhibit strong and demonstrated administrative skills given the need for complex calendaring and assisting with the needs of the executive team. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger ProviderTrust ecosystem. Further, confidentiality is key for this role.

Compliance Specialist Operations

The Compliance Specialist needs to be a documentation specialist, keeping accurate records of compliance data, reports, activities, and communications, all of which need to be available and accessible to auditors or client inquiries. An analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and experience with healthcare information systems are all beneficial in this career path.  A passion for being detail oriented is essential to this role.

In this unique role, in the first two years of employment the Compliance Specialist will help the organization navigate HITRUST certification.  This role will have the opportunity to become HITRUST certified as well. 

The Compliance Specialist will be the primary resource for the organization and compilation of numerous policies and processes the organization needs to adhere to—from employee handbooks to department manuals to process SOP documents—that help maintain our compliance.

The Compliance Specialist may also be responsible for assisting with system reviews, risk assessments, or conducting investigations and audits (or working with the compliance team) to ensure the ongoing protection of confidential client information.  Communication is key in this role, as these complex compliance findings need to be presented in an easily understandable manner.

The Compliance Specialists will be partnering with the Chief Compliance Officer on many day-to-day operational activities including reviewing and completing security risk assessments, reviewing and documenting operational processes to ensure consistency and efficiency as well as working closely with our engineering team.

Marketing Coordinator Marketing

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns that speak to key prospect and customer accounts. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for helping deliver valuable content to prospects and customers, setting up email marketing campaigns in our marketing automation tool, building website content, testing new ideas, and measuring the impact of our efforts.

Business Development Representative VendorCare

Provider Segment Territory Leader Sales

We are seeking hungry, ambitious and talented leaders ready for an exciting journey. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through measured sales bookings with prospects as well as customers.  The target market you pursue will be the Healthcare Provider segment focusing on organizations with over 3,000 employees. The profile of these companies will be hospitals and health systems, post-acute organizations and other healthcare companies delivering direct patient care. You will initiate, build and cultivate relationships with key buyers and influencers that ultimately yields measured revenue growth.

Director of Sales, Payers Sales

ProviderTrust seeks to hire a Director of Sales (DoS) for the Payer segment.  This individual will need to serve as the primary sales and expansion driver for this segment. The Payer DoS will represent all facets of the ProviderTrust offering to the payer segment, ensuring that the payer sales team meets and exceeds performance expectations as established by the business.

The Payer DoS will have a deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace and will have experience working for a health plan or having successfully sold directly to payer organizations.  The right candidate will have experience selling progressive SaaS tools, healthcare data, as well as experience in understanding the provider as seen through the eyes of health plans.  As this position has responsibility for the Payer sales team, candidates having managed sales professionals and scaled sales teams are strongly preferred.

Content Strategy Manager, Payers Marketing

The Content Strategy Manager will be responsible for owning and leading ProviderTrust’s content marketing strategy for our Payer segment, the fastest growing segment for our company. In addition, the Content Strategy Manager will serve as a key member on a cross-functional Payer segment team to contribute to our go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, and sales support. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating and managing a content roadmap, telling compelling stories within healthcare, and engaging broad audiences in support of our Payer segment goals. To achieve success in this role we are looking for someone who wants to leave their mark on something big and own it fully, and willing to be scrappy on a team with big goals.
