Contract Manager Operations

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Manager to contribute to ProviderTrust’s growth and support the Company’s Legal Function. As Contract Manager, you have excellent business judgment, strategic outlook, and critical thinking. You can work independently as well as cross-functionally, and demonstrate flexibility in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. You know how to prioritize and drive multiple projects to conclusion independently and in a timely manner. You possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills and excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.

The Contract Manager will work closely with members of ProviderTrust’s Sales, Client, Product, Compliance, and Finance teams.

UI Designer Development

As the UI Designer at ProviderTrust you’ll create simple, polished, and intuitive designs for our core healthcare products that delight our users and clients. You’ll work to uplift our product portfolio and champion design thinking within the product and development organization. You will reimagine how our products can best visually demonstrate value and insights to our clients in new features, dashboards, and more innovation. This role is visual design-centric and will be focused primarily on UI design output.

Client Success Manager Client Success

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager responsible for promoting the relationships with ProviderTrust’s most strategic customers, ensuring retention and loyalty through meaningful engagement with key account decision makers. A strong Client Success Manager will possess demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry, and a proven ability to excel in balancing customer needs with company business objectives. This role requires a strong mindset that is customer-focused, process-driven, and compelled to discover opportunities to coach clients on how to extract maximum value from their ProviderTrust products.  

Provider Segment Territory Leader Sales

We are seeking hungry, ambitious and talented leaders ready for an exciting journey. Successful candidates will possess a “hunter mentality,” an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong ambition to contribute to ProviderTrust’s Mission: creating a smarter, safer healthcare. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through measured sales bookings with prospects as well as customers.  The target market you pursue will be the Healthcare Provider segment focusing on organizations with over 3,000 employees. The profile of these companies will be hospitals and health systems, post-acute organizations and other healthcare companies delivering direct patient care. You will initiate, build and cultivate relationships with key buyers and influencers that ultimately yields measured revenue growth.

Director of Sales, Payers Sales

ProviderTrust seeks to hire a Director of Sales (DoS) for the Payer segment.  This individual will need to serve as the primary sales and expansion driver for this segment. The Payer DoS will represent all facets of the ProviderTrust offering to the payer segment, ensuring that the payer sales team meets and exceeds performance expectations as established by the business.

The Payer DoS will have a deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace and will have experience working for a health plan or having successfully sold directly to payer organizations.  The right candidate will have experience selling progressive SaaS tools, healthcare data, as well as experience in understanding the provider as seen through the eyes of health plans.  As this position has responsibility for the Payer sales team, candidates having managed sales professionals and scaled sales teams are strongly preferred.
