Michael Rosen brings over 20 years experience in founding and leading service-oriented businesses, receiving numerous accolades such as: INC. Magazine INC 500 Award, Nashville Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year and Music City Future 50 Award. Mr. Rosen brings a deep understanding of the risk mitigation industry and providing turnkey solutions for organizations as they manage their people and resources.
Mr. Rosen co-founded Background America, Inc., which was acquired by Kroll Inc. and then Marsh & McLennan Co: NYSE:MMC. During Mr. Rosen's 15-year tenure, he was promoted to President of the Background Screening Division which employed 1,000 people in 7 countries. He was responsible for developing a strategy and expansion of Background Screening globally. Healthcare screening was the focus of the company’s industry-leading regulatory and compliance solution. In addition, he developed and launched the industry-leading Identity Theft and Restoration services line. Under Mr. Rosen’s leadership, the company grew between 12-20% annually, establishing a global presence.
Mr. Rosen grew up in Tennessee, graduated from the University of Texas and The University of Memphis Law School. Michael currently lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and three children.

Chris Redhage has founded and led a diverse set of healthcare, technology and entrepreneurial ventures. His first healthcare venture helped provided early stage investments to healthcare and technology firms. Mr. Redhage set the plans for the company’s initial investments and growth strategies.
One of the ventures Chris was involved in was Bluesky Medical Staffing Software (www.blueskymss.com), an Amistaff Healthcare Technology company (www.amistaff.com), and as managing partner of BlueSky, Chris helped to build the leading SaaS technology solutions within the healthcare staffing industry that serves as a turnkey solution for staffing companies to streamline recruitment, scheduling, credentialing, payroll and invoicing services.
Chris grew up in Nebraska, graduated from the University of Richmond and currently lives in Nashville, TN. At one time, Chris played soccer professionally and is currently a co-owner of the professional soccer team Nashville SC based in Nashville, TN.
Andrew Luers helps to lead business and product development at ProviderTrust and has helped to define the strategic direction for the company since it’s original inception and through initial funding rounds.
Prior to working with ProviderTrust, Andrew spent 8 years with the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked with some of the world’s leading Energy and Technology businesses in the US and in Europe on topics ranging from growth and innovation, M&A and operational improvements.
Originally from Nebraska, Andrew graduated from TCU with degrees in Physics and Economics and has masters degrees from MIT in Aerospace Engineering and Technology Policy and from Oxford University in Theology. Andrew is passionate about bringing science and technology to address business and social challenges.
Donna Thiel is the Director of our Compliance Integrity team, a consulting division of ProviderTrust. Donna works with compliance officers across the country to help reduce the stress and anxiety of this very difficult role. Donna assists Compliance Officers by providing consulting services in areas such as strengthening compliance programs, managing government investigations, implementing and managing a Corporate Integrity Agreement and preparing for the various regulatory changes that impact healthcare providers. Donna has been in the post-acute healthcare setting for over 30 years. The last 14 years were spent in the legal/compliance area. Prior to her legal/compliance experience she held a variety of positions in the clinical, operations and IT areas as well.
Donna joined the ProviderTrust team after being a client and huge proponent of the ProviderTrust organization. She has a BA degree in Management and Communications as well as being certified in healthcare compliance. She is also the track chair for the Post-Acute Track of the annual HCCA Compliance Institute.
Donna grew up in the Midwest and currently lives in Wisconsin with her husband Robb and their dog Bucky (Yes, named after Badgers). Her children are now mostly out of the house but she loves it when they are able to come home from college or break away from their own busy careers. She also loves to travel with her husband when she isn’t traveling supporting other Compliance Officers.
Kent Schwab has nearly 45 years of computer software and systems development experience, ranging from General Electric to Netscape to Sun Microsystems. An expert at translating business needs into system design and execution, Kent is responsible for the day-to-day development and support of the ProviderTrust systems, and acts as the technical link with the Secret Product Rockstars.
Kent has not only built software, but has also built and led high-powered development teams in his long career, and was one of the early pioneers of microprocessor technology. He has consulted with major corporations and government agencies, helping others apply strong development disciplines to drive top product quality. Now he is applying that background here at ProviderTrust.
Originally from California where he graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and having lived abroad for several years, Kent has lived in Nashville for the last 20 years with his wife and daughter. Stacy Taylor leads our client success team. She is responsible for leading the team that actively supports clients as well as developing client support strategies to help maintain outstanding customer service. Prior to joining ProviderTrust, LLC, Stacy spent several years working in public relations and customer service for a large insurance company.

Prior to joining ProviderTrust Jenny worked for an art gallery where she managed daily operations, executed art hangings and designed marketing materials.
Jenny is a native of the Bluegrass State and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Arts Administration. In her spare time she is scoping out the best brunch in Nashville and planning her next trip abroad.

Reed is a Business Development Leader and focuses on creating relationships with healthcare professionals from all over the country. Since early 2013, he's focused on fostering these relationships by learning about each individual’s specific challenges and presenting solutions that will hopefully save valuable time and most importantly, mitigate risk.
Reed grew up in a super tiny town in northeast Mississippi and later attended The University of Mississippi, where he earned a degree in Business Marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and rambunctious French Bulldog named Willis, perfecting cooking oven-top cast iron ribeye steaks, and Ole Miss football.

Rachel Liff is responsible for the integration of all new customers, ensuring a smooth on-boarding process. She works closely with account managers setting up requirement and notification policies. She supports other integration and customer service projects as well. Prior to joining the team at ProviderTrust, Rachel worked at Gilda's Club Nashville facilitating Cancer Support Groups.
Rachel grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, graduated from Indiana University undergrad and earned her Master’s degree from Vanderbilt University. She currently lives in Nashville with her husband, two children, Abby and Jackson, and their incredibly adorable dog, Shep.

As the Marketing Manager, Jamie works alongside her team to ensure brand integrity across ProviderTrust's marketing materials, content and design. Her priorities include producing qualified inbound leads for her sales team, maintaining a solid SEO presence and designing marketing collateral.
Jamie has lived in Tennessee for over a decade, and recently married her high school crush. She studied communications and advertising at Lee University, and as captain for her soccer team, won four National Championships and was awarded 2x National Player of the Year.
In her free time, she works on commissioned paintings, attempts to workout consistently, Netflixes New Girl, laughs with her husband, and spends time with her family.
Russ is the Product Manager for the VendorProof application. He is passionate about building industry-leading products by collaborating with the ProviderTrust team and some of our wonderful customers.
Russ received his MBA from the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Prior to joining the ProviderTrust team in 2013, he managed key domestic & international accounts for an international content distributor. Russ currently lives in Bellevue, TN with his wife and three children (Eleanor, Isaac, & Nathaniel). He is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan, dedicated to raising the next generation of Cheeseheads.

Phil works with our product team to design great experiences for our clients. Prior to joining ProviderTrust, Phil worked in client services at a digital marketing agency with clients in music, film, and television.
Phil grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and came to Nashville by way of Belmont University, where he studied Entrepreneurship and Music Business. When he's not keeping up with all things tech, you'll find Phil hanging out at any one of Tennessee's great state parks or lakes, going on adventures with his wife, Jesse, and their two dogs, Sully and Boris.
Dale Clay is responsible for verification of all things data. With soap in hand, he stands guard at the data gateway and cleans every bit of it before letting it enter the ProviderTrust kingdom.
Prior to joining the team at ProviderTrust, Dale worked as Product Manager at a financial services company.
Dale graduated from Belmont University with a B.B.A. and a sincere distaste for the skinny jean craze. He lives in Nashville, TN with his wife, Sarah, their 2 kiddos, Logan and Avery, and Cooper the dog. In his spare time, Dale writes music for films, serves at their church, and plays hide and seek with Logan and Avery for hours on end.

Lindsey is part of the client success team where she focuses on license verifications and billing and invoicing management. Lindsey is a Nashville native and recently graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
During her time at MTSU she enjoyed competing on the MTSU Equestrian Team. Outside of the office you can find her enjoying anything outdoors, playing with her dog, Belle, horseback riding, watching the Nashville Predators, and hanging out with friends and family.
Justin is a Product Development Engineer and the go-to person for any technical needs in our Nashville office. He makes sure our products run smoothly and ensures that all of our customers' data is kept safe and secure. Justin has several years of experience in full stack development and is a veteran of the United States Army.
Justin grew up in Colorado and received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida. He lives in Bowling Green, Kentucky with his wife Jenni. When he isn't working on our products, he is using any excuse he has to be outside whether that is hiking, mountain biking, or even working in his yard.

Nick is a Product Development Engineer at our Nashville branch. He has an eye for design as he specializes in front-end development which spurred from an interest in developing mobile apps for Android. He grew up in Northern Indiana and graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Computer Science.
Prior to working at ProviderTrust, he worked at Aptera in Fort Wayne, IN where he developed custom software solutions for a wide range of clientele.
In his free time he enjoys riding sportbikes, cooking, playing video games and exercising.
Chris is responsible for managing exclusion monitoring operations across all of our products. Prior to joining the team at ProviderTrust, Chris worked as an Account Manager at a financial services technology company.
Chris grew up in Springfield, Illinois and graduated from Bradley University with a degree in International Studies. He lives in Nashville with his girlfriend, Carly, Ozzie the dog, and 2 cats (Howard & Warren). In his spare time, he loves to cook, travel, be outside and explore the always expanding Nashville craft beer scene.

Before joining ProviderTrust, Jeff worked in the automobile business and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Originally from Columbus, OH (go Buckeyes!), Jeff graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Systems Engineering.
Joey is the Product Coordinator for the VendorProof application. He supports all aspects of VendorProof, from product development and testing to user experience. Joey is passionate about designing human-centered products that create intuitive and delightful experiences for users of our applications.
Originally from Southern California, Joey made the trek to Nashville to do graduate work at Vanderbilt University, where he received his Master’s in Theology and Philosophy. In his spare time, Joey avoids small talk, watches reruns of The Twilight Zone, and ponders human existence. Joey lives in the Nations neighborhood with his wife, Katie, and their son, Cru.
Taylor is a Business Development Leader and generates relationships with new clients and facilitates specific, nuanced resolutions to their problems. His goal is to save customers time and money while assisting them through the complexities of healthcare compliance and reducing their risk.
Before joining ProviderTrust, Taylor worked in federal & commercial auditing for KPMG. He also spent time in pharmaceutical marketing for BioPharm Communications.
Taylor grew up just outside of Philadelphia and graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.B.A. in Marketing and a Minor in Music. He also received his Masters of Accountancy from the George Washington University. In his spare time you can find him gigging around Music City as an electric guitarist and stand-up comedian (though he has yet to perfect doing both at the same time).
A Lead Developer within our software engineering team, Luke brings over a decade of experience in the software development industry spanning mortgage banking, logistics, and software modernization.
In addition, Luke holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University and enjoys working on software frameworks as well as embedded systems programming.
Hallerin is a Client Service Associate with a passion for helping each of his clients feel comfortable with our software and achieve 100% compliance. Prior to joining the ProviderTrust team, Hallerin managed his own violin studio; where he taught a portfolio of students in Knoxville, TN.
Hallerin received his Bachelor’s from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and currently lives in Nashville.
Samantha is a Client Success Leader. She loves building meaningful relationships with our clients and enjoys taking their stress away when it comes to being compliant. She grew up just outside of New York City in Westchester County. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Belmont University, where she fell in love with Nashville and entrepreneurship.
Samantha loves animals and is in the process of building her own business where she trains home protection, military, and police dogs. She has two German Shepherds herself and in her free time she loves going on hikes with them, spending time with family, and being somewhere on a boat. Her high school days of being a three-sport athlete are long gone, but she always welcomes a good sports challenge.
Kevin is a part of the internal monitoring team at ProviderTrust with a specific focus on data cleansing and advanced analytics. He loves working at ProviderTrust because of the opportunity to transform large healthcare data sets into meaningful decisions for our customers.
He is originally from New Jersey but he and his wife, Emily, have called Nashville home for 7 years. They are new parents to a son, Jasper, and can't wait to add more children to their family in the future. In his free time, he enjoys watching baseball and soccer, cold brewing coffee and cooking.
Dilshod is a member of software development team at ProviderTrust. He has several years experience in developing business-critical client-server applications for leading ICT corporations.
Dilshod graduated from Tashkent University of Information Technologies with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Nowadays he is doing a Master’s degree at Maharishi University of Management. He chose a major of coding, because he loves to create new programs. His key skills such as critical thinking and problem solving makes him a valuable professional in the world of software engineering.

Grant is a Client Success Leader. He is passionate about building relationships with clients and working with them to achieve total compliance and complete satisfaction with our software. Prior to joining the ProviderTrust team, Grant worked at Healthways in Franklin, TN. During his time there he held roles in Operations and Account Management overseeing and delivering employee wellness solutions of employer and government clients.
Grant is originally from the land of 10,000 lakes and graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a B.A.A. in Exercise Science. Grant lives in Nashville with his wife Katie, two children Leo and Sam, and their dog Newton.

As the Talent Development Leader, Jodi is charged with employee engagement and culture as well as recruiting, hiring and developing leaders. She is passionate about building uncommon organizations that seek creative ways to be set apart. She has an affinity for startup environments where pioneer spirits and visionaries are championed.
Prior to joining ProviderTrust, Jodi spent 10 years coaching NCAA Division I Field Hockey. She started the inaugural field hockey program at Liberty University in 2010 and built it to a top-20 contender within three years while earning two conference titles and taking two trips to the NCAA Sweet 16.
Jodi grew up in both Philadelphia, PA (Fly, Eagles, Fly!) and Williamsburg, VA. She studied at the University of Richmond, where she earned a degree in Religious Studies, and was a member of the field hockey team. She recently completed her Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in Organizational Science.
In her free time, she loves to watch sports, go to concerts, run, travel and spend time with friends and family. She also runs Pathfinder Hockey, a field hockey organization that partners with orphanages and schools in Uganda.
Jenny is a Client Success Leader. She loves building relationships with our clients and ensuring they feel at ease with our software. She was born and raised in Orange County, California but after getting fed up with the traffic and housing prices, Jenny moved to Nashville in 2013 to work in sales and customer service for a tailgating product company for 3 years.
Jenny and her husband Patrick have two rescue pups named Buddy and Daisy and live in East Nashville. Jenny spends her free time trying out new restaurants around town, listening to true crime podcasts, dancing whilst cooking, snuggling with her dogs, and renovating her new house to turn it into her dream home.
Tyler manages our online content across multiple channels, bringing together a consistent brand voice whether it be blogging, tweeting, or providing a silly staff photo. With a knack for social media marketing and optimizing messages, he is committed to connecting with our audience and providing new ideas for the internet of things world in which we live.
Tyler grew up in KY and received a B.B.A. from Eastern Kentucky University. He maintains his appalachian roots by regularly hitting the trails and spending nights in the backcountry. In the city you can find him at a concert, craft brewery, or surfing the local restaurant scene. He is an avid sports fan and keeping up with media trends + pop culture is kind of a big deal to him - #obsessed.
Ying Tan is a Lead Developer for ProviderTrust. He is responsible for the software design of ProviderTrust product lines, with a knack for converting business needs into real code. Prior to working with ProviderTrust, Ying worked as a software engineer for major high-tech corporations such as Intel, China, and ZTE Corporation.
Originally from China, Ying received his Masters Degree of Computer Science from UESTC and University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is passionate about various new technologies from graph databases to Cyber-Physical Systems, and enjoys developing new software that customers wind-up loving.

Conner is a Developer in the Development team. With a broad range of experience and interests, Conner drives creativity and new ideas throughout the software product suite and ensures continuous improvement within the development team.
Prior to working with ProviderTrust, Conner spent 5 years with Daktronics in Brookings, SD where he worked with the large video display team to develop hardware and software solutions for video processors used in large LED video screens all over the world.
Conner has Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He lives in Lincoln with his wife and two daughters. When not at the office, Conner can be found doing a number of other activities such as golfing, woodworking, remodeling the house, and spending time with his family.

Todd grew up in North Platte, Nebraska, and is a graduate of University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a BS in Computer Science.
Outside of the office Todd enjoys building his own PCs, generally keeping up to date with current gadgets and tech toys, and playing strategy based games.
Todd also has a strong interest in sports, including being a huge fan of both the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Oakland Raiders football teams, and he is also a former state champion dirt track stock car driver.
