ProviderTrust Named to Best Places to Work Lists

2019 ProviderTrust team celebrating Best Place to Work ranking

Our team is so honored to be included in a few publications this year for Best Places to Work, including Inc. Magazine, Modern Healthcare, and Nashville Business Journal. It means a lot to our organization to be intentionally uncommon as we relate to each other and the level of service we provide our customers.

As we strive to make ProviderTrust a better place to come to work each day, we never take for granted the opportunities we are given to have a broader impact on the healthcare industry. Our goal is to empower healthcare professionals to focus more energy on their employee and provider populations by worrying less about tedious processes.

Each day, our team strives to create and nurture better relationships with our customers and colleagues. We are inspired by all of the companies who join us on these lists who strive for a strong culture, transparency, and growth. Take a look at who is continuing to push healthcare and other important industries forward!

Modern Healthcare Includes ProviderTrust as One of the Best Places to Work

Healthcare remains one of the fastest-growing industries in the country and continually adds new jobs each month. Due to the massive demand combined with a tight labor market, human resource professionals have many challenges to solve on a daily basis including recruitment, training, retention, and more.

Many new techniques for talent acquisition and building a great work culture are being introduced into an environment that can sometimes be reluctant to systematic change. However, there are vast improvements being made in efficiency and quality control in many health systems.

Healthcare professionals are working harder and smarter than ever to ensure the best providers are delivering care with the right incentives and a sense of validation and respect. It is essential that each healthcare organization creates a safe and positive environment for providers and patients for continued growth and success.

Modern Healthcare put together a list of industry leaders who stand out in “their efforts to create an empowered and satisfied workforce”. We are so thrilled to join such a diverse group of healthcare organizations on this year’s Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work.

ProviderTrust Named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Places to Work 2019

ProviderTrust Inc Best Places to Work 2019

Each year, Inc. Magazine names its Best Places to Work by surveying nearly 2,000 companies and distilling a list down to the nation’s best. Companies found on the list vary in sizes and industries including Energy, Human Resources, IT, Healthcare, Marketing, Software, and more. These businesses are consistently making life on the job more rewarding with great hiring practices, competitive benefits and compensation, lifestyle perks, and much more.

This year marks the first time that ProviderTrust has been included on the list and is the only recipient from Nashville, Tennessee. We’ve continued to push ourselves to remain one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, earning us multiple placements on the Inc. 5000 list. Some of the ways ProviderTrust stands out is that we offer generous work-from-home guidelines, fitness and wellness programs, unlimited vacation, team-building meals, volunteer opportunities, career development, and more.

NBJ Best Places to Work in Nashville

We are ecstatic to once again be named one of Nashville’s Best Places to Work by the Nashville Business Journal. In good company, we have made the NBJ list consecutively since 2015 and since then, have grown both in size and collectively living out our core values and mission. As Nashville continues to attract new talent and corporate investment, we highly enjoy the opportunity to be at the center of the healthcare landscape and recruit some of the best minds to join our company.

A survey evaluation is distributed from the Nashville Business Journal to assess the level of quality and satisfaction each employee feels with their current role. Although our team has nearly doubled in size, we have remained relentless in subscribing to the adage that we don’t live to work, but instead work to live. We’ve created a culture of trust and accountability within our company that drives everyone to do their part without being overbearing or stressed out.

Healthy Work Environments and Employee Development

Creating a unique space for collaboration, innovation, diversity, and work flexibility is very important to our team. We love gaining a pulse from healthcare partners who use our software to help educate and inform our decisions and brainstorming ideas to make their jobs a little easier. By prioritizing people over profit and using our strengths to our advantage, we believe that each employee is able to contribute and feel valuable to our overall success, and in turn, they are confident to address the needs of our customers.

Ever since ProviderTrust was founded, our investment has always been geared around empowering our team members to achieve both at work and in their personal lives. Because we have realistic expectations of each individual, employees feel confident and encouraged in their career development and team dynamics. Our company has a great talent and development team know as “People Operations”. The People Ops Team is committed to helping us thrive and enjoy coming to work each day.
